As a thank you for your continued loyalty, Venus Medspa offers a Loyalty Reward Program to all their clients. All clients will accumulate points for various transactions, such as purchasing a service or referring a friend. It's that simple!

What are Points?

Points are rewarded with each transaction and may be redeemed to purchase other services or products. This program is free and it is presented as a courtesy to all our fabulous clients.

How do I enroll?

All Venus Medspa clients will be automatically enrolled after making their first initial purchase.

How do I accumulate points?

You will accumulate points with every single purchase. 

• Receive 5000 points for every $100 spent. A Value of $5

• Receive 25,000 points for referrals. A $25 Value.

• Receive 10,000 points for scheduled follow up appointments. *Restrictions may apply

• Receive 10,000 points when granting Venus Medspa permission to share your treatment before & after pictures.

How much are points worth?

• 1000 = $1

• 5000 = $5

• 25000 = $25

How many points do I have?

Your points are saved automatically, and are saved in your account. Please ask front desk for available points prior to any purchase. Once any purchase has been made we will not be able to make any corrections to your account.

How can I redeem my points?

• Points may be redeemed at any time you have accumulated a dollar amount, for example $1.

• Points are NOT eligible for gift card transactions. 

• Points accumulated will be deducted for any items returned.

• Points are NOT redeemable for Cash.

• Points are NOT transferable, which means it may only be redeemed by the person who earned points.

• Points are NOT eligible toward payment plans. Only new purchases.

Do points expire?

Points accumulated during the calendar year will expire at the end of December each year. It is the client's sole responsibility to claim unused points prior to expiration.
